This workshop has the\noption for the parents to attend so they can come to know children\u2019s real abilities. The\ncommunication process with the children will be more in-depth and analogy driven than\nthe adults. However, children can definitely co-design just as well.\nThe children will be engaged about the philosophy of co-design and learn why\nparticipatory design is important. They will then be engaged on their own wants, needs,\nand imagination. Their ideas will be interpreted into design language and action.\nThe facilitator will use prompts, questions, games, sketching, narration, mapping, and\nmodelling with the group to capture their thoughts and fit it into the final outcome.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In this workshop, the participants will be asked through co-design to design \u201chappiness\u201d .\nThey will experience the design process with the facilitators and learn how co-design\nworks. The final product will be an architectural structure that represents the voices of the\nroom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n \t<li>Defining what \u201chappiness\u201d means to them.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Facilitators will be with each group to capture the conversations. The second step\r\nwill be ideating what it will take to \u201cbuild\u201d happiness based on the previous overall\r\ndefinition. Here they think about how to reach happiness.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>The final step is the design process.
